Green Point Soccer Stadium

Cape Town is gearing up for World Cup 2010!  In preparation, Cape Town is building a new stadium right down by the harbor in Green Point.  It’s a lovely location, with a background of Table Mountain on one side and the Atlantic on the other.  We went on a tour of the site, and got to see the building so far.

We even got to pretend we were a part of the construction team!  Well, we just tried on the hat, but we did see a nice show about the history of the site.  It was fun.
