Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Thought we would share with you a fun and useful addition to our household: a scooter! Chris got his motorcycle license before we left Alaska, and he has been putting it to good use. It’s a great way to get around the city. We especially love cruising to the beach. In just 2 minutes, we’re pulling right up, no parking hassles, just straight to the ocean.

On a windy, bright Sunday afternoon, we browsed the wares at the Milnerton Flea Market, just north of Cape Town. We enjoyed snacking on chocolate pastries as we walked along the booths selling various items including antique chairs, car parts, and colorful spices.

We also spent some time at a nearby beach enjoying the sun, the waves and the views of the city in the distance.
